Reformer

Six reformers. Six places.

Spring-loaded Pilates in an air-conditioned room with a view of the garden. You will never share a machine or wait for a teacher.

Why reformer

Strength without the strain

Spring resistance

Light, adjustable load that strengthens muscles without jarring your joints.

Six places only

Your teacher sees every rep and adjusts your springs as you go.

Cool and calm

The only air-conditioned room at the studio, for very good reasons.

Reformer FAQ

Before you book a reformer

Do I need experience?

Not for Reformer Foundations. We ask for three classes before you join Reformer Flow, so you can move safely at speed.

Why do I need grip socks?

They keep your feet from slipping on the carriage, and keep the machines clean. They are sold at the desk.

Is it a hard workout?

It can be. Your springs set the load, so it is as hard as you and your teacher choose.

Can I come with an injury?

Often, yes, but please start with a private session so Clara can assess you first.
