01
Yoga
Four weekly classes in the open-air shala, from a first downward dog to a strong morning flow. Mats, blocks and bolsters are all here.

Vinyasa Flow
A strong, breath-led flow for students who know their way around a sun salutation. You will sweat.

Slow Flow
The same poses at half the speed, with time to feel what they are doing. All levels.

Beginner Yoga
Your first class, or your first in years. We go through the basics, name everything and use plenty of props.

Yin & Breath
Long, quiet floor poses held for several minutes, finishing with breath work. The best sleep you will have all week.
02
Mat Pilates
Slow, exact core work on the mat with small equipment. Twelve places per class, so your teacher can see and correct you.

Mat Pilates
Classical mat work with bands, balls and rings. Small movements, deep muscles, all levels.
03
Reformer
Six reformers, six places. Start with Foundations to learn the springs and straps, then move on to Flow.

Reformer Foundations
Learn the machine: springs, straps, footwork and how to set up safely. Start here if you are new to the reformer.

Reformer Flow
A faster full-body class that links exercises together, for students who have done three or more reformer classes.
04
Private Sessions
One teacher, one student, on the mat or the reformer. Good for injuries, a new practice or a specific goal.

You are flexible enough
Everyone starts somewhere. Beginner Yoga runs five times a week, and Reformer Foundations teaches you the machine from the first spring.
