Who we are
yogiva is a yoga and Pilates studio at Jalan Padi Lestari 18, Canggu Kuta Utara, Bali 80361. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, including online booking, and how we use it.
What we collect online
When you book online, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the class and time you chose, and anything you write in the booking notes, such as an injury you want your teacher to know about. If you contact us, we keep your message and contact details.
At the studio
We record payments, class packs and the short health note you fill out on your first visit. Health notes are read only by your teachers, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Photos in class
We sometimes take photos in class for our website and social media. If you’d rather not appear, tell us and we will leave you out or remove the photo.
How we use your information
We use it to confirm your bookings and remind you about them, to contact you if a class has to change, to keep our accounts and to answer your questions. We only send news and offers if you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. It is stored on our website and with the service providers who help us run the studio, such as our web host, email delivery and payment providers, only as far as needed to provide their service.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering your booking session. If we add analytics or embedded content from other sites, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where needed.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as we need them for our accounts and the law requires, and delete contact messages after two years.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will reply within 30 days.
