Your first visit, step by step

Nobody here is judging your hamstrings. This is everything you need to know before you walk in.

Where to start

Pick your first class

Beginner Yoga

Five times a week. We go slowly, name each pose and use plenty of props.

Reformer Foundations

Learn the springs and straps in a class of six, with no experience needed.

Mat Pilates

A good place to begin if your back or posture needs attention.

On the day

What happens when you arrive

1

Come ten minutes early

Parking for scooters is right out front, and cars can use the lot next door.

2

Check in at the desk

Pay by cash, card or QRIS, fill out a short health note and meet the team.

3

Tell your teacher

Say it’s your first class and mention any injuries. They will keep an eye on you.

4

Stay a while

Cool down with a coconut in the garden. Most friendships here start that way.

What to bring

Pack light

Bring

Just these

You really don’t need much.

  • Clothes you can move in
  • A water bottle
  • Grip socks for the reformer

We have

Everything else

All included with your class.

  • Mats, blocks, bolsters and straps
  • Showers and lockers
  • Filtered water to refill your bottle

Students say

After class, in their own words

★★★★★

I had never done yoga and Komang made me feel like I belonged there by the end of the first class. Three months on, my back has stopped hurting at my desk.

Six reformers means Clara actually watches your form. She changed one thing about how I set my pelvis and the knee pain I had carried for a year went quiet.

Hannah K. · Reformer Foundations

Made’s 7 am flow is the reason I get up. Rain on the roof, jungle out the window, and I am drenched by the second round of warrior poses.
